Hull and Machinery subject to Institute Time Clauses and other relevant clauses.

Marine Cargo - All Risks Cover, subject to:
  • Institute Cargo Clauses (A) 01.01.1982 (CL 252)
  • Institute War Clauses (Cargo) 01.01.1982 (CL 255)
  • Institute Strikes Clauses (Cargo) 01.01.1982 (CL 256) and other relevant clauses.

PERILS COVERED: Fire, lightning, thunderbolt, explosion, implosion, storm, tempest, flood, earthquake, riot, strike, civil commotion, malicious, damage, water damage, cyclone, hurricane, tornado or typhoon, bursting, leakage or overflowing of water tanks, apparatus, pipes, fire extinguishers, sprinklers, impact damage (including own vehicles), burglary, aircraft and other articles/devices dropped there from including pressure waves and sonic boom caused by aircraft and/or other devices, traveling at sonic or supersonic speeds, subterranean fire, smoke damage and loss of rent.

Goods in transit

Loss / damage to the commodity due to fire, collision, overturning, breaking down of bridges and accidents of like nature whilst in the course of transit by the method of transit excluding whilst loading but including unloading risks at the final destination.

Hauliers Liability

Legal Contractual Liability of the Insured for accidental material loss and/or damage to property being carried by vehicles owned and / or operated by the Insured including loss or damage while loading and / or unloading of such cargo.
